What is the Persona Setting?
The Persona Setting allows you to upload information about your target customer personas and make them available to your entire team across all products. Think of it as a shared knowledge base — once a persona is created, every team member can access it, chat with it, and use it to inform product decisions without recreating it from scratch.

How do I set up a persona?
Adding a persona can only be done by the administration level. Please turn to your point and contact and ask him to follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left bottom corner.
  2. Find the Personas section.
  3. Upload the persona information you have — this can include demographics, pain points, motivations, behaviors, job titles, or any customer research you've gathered.
  4. Once saved, the persona becomes accessible to your whole team across all products.

What can I do with shared personas?

  • Chat with personas: Ask your persona questions about pricing, feature preferences, purchasing decisions, or pain points. Enzzo simulates responses based on the persona profile.
  • Call personas: Have voice-style interactions for deeper qualitative insight.
  • Use across products: The same persona is available in every product workspace, so your team maintains consistent customer understanding across the entire portfolio.
  • Inform AI outputs: When Enzzo generates requirements, competitive analysis, or market validation, it can draw on your shared personas for more relevant, customer-grounded results.
