Exporting your competitive matrix
You can export the competitive matrix as part of your PRD, gate review deck, or as a standalone deliverable. Navigate to Artifacts → Documents to include it in a generated document.
- Navigate to your product workspace.
- In the left sidebar, go to Market → Competitors.
- If you haven't generated one yet, click Generate to build your competitive landscape.
What the competitive matrix includes
- A detailed comparison table of your product vs. market alternatives
- Competitor features, pricing, positioning, and strengths/weaknesses
- AI-populated data points from publicly available information
How to customize it
- Add or remove competitors manually
- Define custom comparison criteria — add columns for the dimensions that matter most to your team
- Edit AI-generated data — correct or update any data points with your own research
- Ask Enzzo to refine: "Add two more competitors in the industrial segment" or "Compare them on battery life and IP rating"
