A Product Requirements Document (PRD) is a comprehensive blueprint for your product, detailing its purpose, functionality, user needs, and technical requirements. With Enzzo, you can quickly generate a fully customizable PRD, ensuring alignment across your teams while tailoring the document to your specific needs.
Step 1: Create a Product in Enzzo

When you’re satisfied with your PRD customization:
Step 1: Create a Product in Enzzo
Before generating a PRD, you must first create a product:
- Navigate to the “Products” tab in Enzzo.
- Click “New Product” and enter details about your product concept.
- Use Enzzo’s AI-powered chat to define key aspects like goals, features, target personas, and competitive insights.
- Once the product is set up, proceed to the Artifacts tab.
Step 2: Generate a PRD
Recommended: Generate PDF
- In the Artifacts tab, click “Generate PRD”.
- Select “Generate PDF” for the best customization options.
- (You can also generate a Google Doc, but customization features are limited.)
Step 3: Customize Your PRD
Upload Branding & Formatting
- Add a logo to your PRD for professional branding.
- Upload a custom font to match your company’s style.
- Include a footer with versioning, page numbers, or additional details.
- Toggle sections on or off to include or exclude them.
- Click “Add Section” in the left panel to create a custom section.
- Edit the cover page by clicking “Customize”, where you can:
- Update the author, creation date, and version number.
- Insert a link to the product for reference.
- Filter requirements by category to show only relevant details.
- Group requirements based on priority, component, or function.
- Modify the priority code to reflect critical vs. optional features.
- Add alternating background colors for readability.
- Toggle which columns appear in the requirements table to focus on key data.
- Select which images to include in your PRD.
- Replace, rearrange, or remove images as needed.
Step 4: Edit Text with Enzzo Magic Edit
For precise refinements, you can manually edit text or use Enzzo Magic Edit for AI-powered adjustments.
- Click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of a text block to edit.
- Choose to edit manually or highlight a section to use Magic Edit.
- Rewrite Text – Make the content more descriptive, technical, or formatted as a user story.
- Shorten Text – Condense lengthy sections while retaining key information.
- Translate Text – Automatically translate content into different languages.
- Apply Formatting – Use bold, italics, or underline for emphasis.
- Undo Edits – Press Command + Z to revert changes.
Step 5: Export Your PRD
When you’re satisfied with your PRD customization:
- Click “Generate” in the upper-right corner.
- Download your personalized PRD as a PDF.
