What does it mean to create a private vs. public product?
When you create a new product in Enzzo, you choose between two visibility options:
Organization-Wide Product (Public)
Private Product
Where do I set this?
You choose between private and organization-wide when you first create the product. Look for the option to "Make a private product" or "Make an organization-wide product" during the creation flow.
Can I change visibility later?
If you started a product privately and want to share it, you can invite collaborators using the Share button or the + next to Collaborators in your product overview. Adding team members effectively makes the product visible to them.
Can my company see my private products?
Your admin can see that private products exist in the system, but they cannot see who created them or access their contents. The product data remains private to you until you choose to share it.
When you create a new product in Enzzo, you choose between two visibility options:
Organization-Wide Product (Public)
- Visible to everyone in your organization's workspace
- Appears as a tile on the shared Workspaces view
- Team members can see the product exists and request access
- Best for: Active product initiatives where cross-functional visibility is important
Private Product
- Only visible to you (the creator)
- Does not appear on other team members' workspace views
- Your company admin can see that private products exist, but cannot see who created them or what they contain
- Best for: Early-stage exploration, personal brainstorming, or confidential initiatives that aren't ready to share
