How to Use VOC Chat and Voice Calling 
Step 1: Navigate to Your Product Personas
  • Log in to Enzzo and select your product from the Products page.
  • Click on the Personas tab within your workspace.
 
Step 2: Start a Chat Conversation
  • Choose a persona and click Chat to initiate a text-based conversation.
  • Enter specific questions or scenarios to understand your customer’s perspective and expectations.
  • Enzzo’s AI-powered chat will respond instantly, simulating the persona’s real-world reactions and opinions.
  • View your past conversations with Enzzo personas on the left panel.
 
Step 3: Start a Voice Call
  • Select the persona you wish to call and click Call.
  • Interact naturally by asking questions aloud, discussing product features, or exploring market fit.
  • Voice interactions provide deeper insights into your persona’s needs and behaviors.
